Must-Have Mondays: Neon Nails
It’s the middle of July, and while major retailers like Target and Kohl’s are already starting to air back-to-school commercials (um, hello, we’re still in summer…), take the time to enjoy the remainder of the season and the unusually warm weather with a hot summer trend: neon nails. Summer practically screams bright colors, from tops and cut-offs to shoes and accessories. But if you’re still too shy to make a full commitment to color, why not try out the look on your fingers or toes?
A bright mani or pedi not only makes your skin more tan next to a LWD, but instantly boosts your mood. OPI released a limited-edition line of vivid pigments as park of a mini pack called “Outrageous Neons”, which includes a white basecoat, a shiny topcoat and four vibrant shades, all under $20.
