Must-Have Mondays: Rain/Snow Gear

| October 22, 2012 | 1 Comment

As much as we don’t want to admit it, Winter is coming (if you live in a place where the four seasons exist that is). Our sandals have been retired for boots and flats and our jackets have come out of hiding. But as much as we love showing off our cute Fall clothes, the comfortable weather isn’t going to last that much longer. With November right around the corner, the Holiday season is almost here. And what does that season bring? Nasty, cold, gross, rainy, snowy weather. So what’s a fashionista to do? Prepare for it, duh. Here are some essential items you will need to have in order to have a stylish Winter season… and of course – my top picks.

Rain Boots

Sperry Top-Sider Women’s Pelican Too Rain Boot – $78

Hunter Original Short – $125 (Of course we all know about (and may already have) Hunter’s classic rain boot, but what about the short version?)

Hunter Carnaby Snake – $195 (these Hunter’s are more expensive, but super cute)

And of course, if you don’t want to spend too much money for rain boots, there’s always Target!

Target Women’s Merona Zelma Rain Boot – $35

Rain Coats

The North Face Women’s Venture Jacket – $99

Soia & Kyo Packable Hooded Anorak – $135

Target Mossimo Suppy Co. Rain Anorak – $34.99

Coats

H&M Trenchcoat – $49.95

J.Crew Double Cloth Slim Trench (in Vintage Burgundy!)- $350

Winter Jackets

The North Face Women’s B Triclimate Jacket – $399 (I want this)

Laundry by Shelli Segal Packable Down Anarok – $158

H&M Jacket – $79.95

Winter Boots

The North Face Women’s Nuptse Fur IV Boot – $120

UGG Women’s Adirondack Boot II Nubuk - $240 (as much as I f*cking hate Uggs, snow boots are snow boots… and these have pink at the top)

What are your picks for this Winter’s wardrobe?
