After graduating from college, job searching became my best friend. Well, more like the best friend that no one likes. All day I would scan the web for openings. I would write cover letters, fix my resume, and send both out to jobs. Whether those positions were ones I wanted or ones I felt like I was more than qualified for (but didn’t necessarily want), I applied. And then I interviewed. But it wasn’t until eight months after graduation that I received my first job offer. Of course I stayed in touch with past mentors from internships and connected to everyone and their mother on LinkedIn, but I was pretty much on my own to figure it all out.

Now, if you’re in the position I was in two years ago, you don’t have to do it on your own. The Levo League is here to help! They are the career community for 20-something women trying to navigate this post-college ‘real world’ thing (yes – that means us, FTS readers!).  They are an organization dedicated to helping young women find their dream jobs. All you have to do is head to their site and create a profile. You can choose whether or not you would like your profile to be private or public… and also let them know if you are actively looking for a job OR if you are not currently looking, but still want to interact with other ambitious young women.

You can search for jobs, connect with other young women just like you, and head to ‘office hours’ where you can get advice from Fortune’s Most Powerful Women! Talk about having awesome mentors.

In addition to all this, Levo League recently partnered with Her Campus to launch a new site for recent college graduates. There, you get matched with a mentor to help you through the strenuous job search that is about to begin. Join here!

If you’re a recent grad looking for a mentor OR a seasoned veteran of the working world, join the Levo League. You seriously won’t look back.
