A lot happened this past year, including the many exhilarating articles that were published on yours truly – Forever Twenty Somethings. Here are a couple of our most popular and favorite articles from 2012:

In true FTS fashion, we gave advice to those graduating college and entering the real world. We wrote a letter to college seniors providing them with advice to get through the last couple of months and we wrote a letter to ourselves when we were seniors telling us everything we wish we knew back then.

One of our writers told a story of how she let go a guy she never had. As pathetic as it sounds, we’ve all been through it. And if you haven’t yet, read away for future advice.

As a reminder of things we used to do and wear, we made a list of trendy clothing items and accessories we used to wear that now seem kind of scary.

We made it known that we fucking love ourselves more than anything else in the world. And many people agreed.

As we got older this year, our friends slowly started to disappear. We still have no idea where they went/are going, but umm… what happened to all of our friends?

Money ran scarce this year as we kept, like, spending it on alcohol, rent, and clothes because we just can’t help ourselves from shopping… SO we came up with a 12-step program for shopaholics and hopefully helped many big spenders with small budgets around the world.

Being the year of social media this was (Instagram, Pinstagram… I mean Pinterest, etc), we let people know how to properly use the hashtag because people kept, like, incorrectly using it on Facebook.

We went through the six stages of Facebooking in your 20s… and cried when we realized we are at a stage that makes us old.

@YourAwayMessage came on the scene, so we obv had to reminisce about the songs we used to put in our away messages. Oh, the memories.

And we confessed our love for day drinking. Duh.

Hopefully 2013 will bring articles just as good – if not better. Thanks for reading, 20-somethings. Have a great night raging. We’ll see tweet you next year!
